Do you ship worldwide?

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our international fulfillment centers based in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will be shipped, but you're welcome to return it for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, typically within 1–3 business days. Shipping takes place the following business day. Please allow for extra processing time during holidays or sales periods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average, orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you haven't received your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are listed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These fees are not covered by Apex Airtech and must be paid by the customer. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?
If you’d like to return an item, please email us at info@apexairtech.ca and include your order number. We’ll walk you through the return process.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue at info@apexairtech.ca. We'll do everything we can to resolve it quickly and make things right.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
